Ingredients
- 2 pounds of boiled potatoes, peeled and cut into half and sliced
- 1 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 fine chopped onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped or shreded for decoration (optional)
Directions
- Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot, add salt bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Drain and cool slightly, peel potato and cut in half and slices, add salt and pepper.
- Put sliced potato in large bowl and add Hellmann's Mayonnaise and toss gently, arrange on a platter and decorate. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
